A security deposit of PHP 1,500 per is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

House Rules:

? No smoking

? Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

? Please observe silence especially in the common areas – hallway and lobby. Keep noise level at a minimum inside the unit.

? Insert your room key card in the wall slot upon entering the room and the lights can be turned on. And removed upon departing and it will automatically go off.

? Throw the garbage in the proper trash bins provided.

? Do not dispose solid food leftover in the sinks or toilet bowl.

? Smoking and cooking inside this unit is strictly prohibited.

? Do not hang anything in the balcony area.

? Turn off/unplug unused electrical appliances; turn off the main switch when going out for a long time.

? Please take good care of everything in the apartment

? Upon leaving the unit, please be considerate to arrange the things back to their original places as you've seen them.

? Guests are required to be in proper swimming attire. T-shirt and shorts are not allowed in the pool.

電影剛散場…屁孩觀眾「1舉動」她秒傻眼：素質呢？
看電影是許多人下班或放假時的休閒活動之一，但在影廳經常飯店訂房刷卡優惠會遇到講電話、踢椅背，或是聊天太大聲的觀眾，導致無法好好欣賞電影，最後只能帶著一肚子氣回家。1名女網友就在臉書發文抱怨，日前她去看午夜場的電影，沒想到 電影結束後一開燈，眼前竟出現超誇張的一幕，讓她當場傻眼痛批「零素質！」

原PO昨(28日)在臉書社團「爆怨公社」發文指出，當時她選了1部11點半播放的電影，結果電影播放到一半時，突然有數名男女陸續進入影廳，緩緩地尋找座位，此舉不僅干擾到認真看電影的觀眾，甚至還一度生日驚喜出國遊玩擋住原PO的視線，讓原PO當場氣炸。

原PO進一步透露，更誇張的是電影結束後一開燈，她又看到令人傻眼的一幕，從曝光照片中可見，3名男女一邊滑著手機、一邊將腳伸到前方座椅上，其中1名男子甚至連鞋子都未脫去，行徑相當誇張，原PO也不禁狠酸「喔…台灣最美的風景是人…」。


對此，不少網友看完紛紛留言，直呼「有夠沒水準」、「沒人也不應該這樣」、「不想好好看電影的，為什麼要來啦」、「這也是我很不喜歡去電影院旅遊大亨看電影的原因之一」、「這種素質真的差」、「上次看恐怖片還有屁孩在哪鬼吼鬼叫」、「在國外其實也差不多啦，屁孩到處都有，只是台灣把人當最美的風景是挺諷刺的」。
