Kindly note that the property requires a 50% prepayment deposit within 48 hours after the booking confirmation is provided, in order to secure the reservation.

The property does not have a physical front desk or reception counter.

Check-in and key collection will be at Tower A & B Lobby Reception of Shell Residences.

Guests are required to provide a photocopy of their valid photo identification or passport upon check-in.

Please note that a security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out subject to any damaged items or incidental charges during the stay.

For security reasons, please note that all transactions at the property should be made with only Premiere Haven personnels wearing an official ID. Please inform Premiere Haven at Shell Residences Condominium in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
