The property does not have a physical front desk or reception counter.

Check-in and key collection will be at Tower A & B Lobby Reception of Shell Residences.

Guests are required to provide a photocopy of their valid photo identification or passport upon check-in.

Please note that a security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out subject to any damaged items or incidental charges during the stay.

For security reasons, please note that all transactions at the property should be made with only Premiere Haven personnels wearing an official ID. Please inform Premiere Haven at Shell Residences Condominium in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

洗車場成水樂園！　少年慘被噴成「泡泡人」
自助洗車場，變成水上遊樂場。有居民拍下，新北市樹林一間自助洗車場，日前一大群青少年半夜嬉鬧，拿起噴槍就往別人身上噴，完全把這當成水樂園。不過同一間洗車場，幾個月前也有人在這玩水，但因為無法可管，業者也只能柔性勸導相當無奈。


玩水青渡假村預訂折扣少年：「講清楚喔，黑道喔，講清楚喔。」

洗車場內青少年被逼到角落，對方手一揮，手上泡沫全灑在他身上，另一人還拿著泡沫噴槍，往他身上不斷猛噴。

玩水青少年：「沒有沒有沒有。」


青少年身上被噴得整個都是，一個噴完，另一個接手繼續，就這樣持續好幾分鐘，他早已成了泡泡人，不斷求饒。

玩水青少年：「內褲喔。」

一邊嬉鬧，一邊大笑，居民受不了拿手渡假村資訊機拍下，仔細看他們早已占據整個洗車場，地板上全是泡沫，更何況這時是凌晨1點多，所有人都被吵到不得安寧。

洗車民眾：「那是以前吧，就是過生日那樣。」


事發在新北市樹林這間自助洗車場，5日凌晨一點多，十幾名青少年把泡沫噴得滿地都是，還有人脫掉上衣玩起水來，最誇張的直接拿泡沫槍噴人，好好一間洗車場，被他們當成玩水遊樂場。

同一間洗車場，今年6月才被民眾拍下，10名青少年CP值超高加一隻狗全身都是泡泡，把這當成水樂園，玩的好開心，就算業者報警，因為沒有毀損卻也無法可管。

水柱經過高壓後，噴在車上汙垢全消，噴在人上具有殺傷力，有皮開肉綻的危險性，少年們嘻鬧拿水柱互噴，半夜擾民是一回事，可別因為好玩弄傷自己。
